"I have all of Helen Corey's cookbooks and now I'm the proud owner of her 70 minute cooking show. This DVD brings all the pages of her books alive with her fascinating explanation of preparing the best of Syrian and Lebanese foods. She has so much fun in her kitchen. And now I'm having that same kind of fun in my kitchen. Thanks to Helen for sharing her fail-proof cooking methods. I now prepare fabulous dinners for my friends from Baba ghanouj, Grilled Bread, Kibby to Baklawa - Tabooley to Meat Pies, and I make Yogurt weekly in my micro-wave oven. And the list goes on. Incredible! I recommend it highly for anyone who loves to cook. I feel like I'm watching the food network".
